How Teri Dale Fitness and Nutrition, Inc. helped you reach your goal?
Body building is a difficult sport to grasp, both physically and mentally.    I am certain that I wouldn't have made it to the level I did without the nutritional guidance of my friend Jason, and Teri's emotional support and encouragement.

Teri and I have known each other for years. I can honestly say that I've never seen anyone love their job as much as her. She is always searching for new knowledge and innovative techniques to enhance her training skills. I would definitely recommend Teri to anyone looking to either improve their overall fitness level or to take it to a competitive level. She is truly an amazing person and coach, and she can definitely help you get you to where you want to be!!!!

I've been lifting weights for a little over 7 years now, and have been a competitive body builder since 2001. At my first show, I placed 5th out of 8 women, weighing a mere 100lbs. Just recently, I won the overall women's body building title at the Northstar Body Building, Fitness, and Figure competition. This time, I weighed 123lbs. I then went to compete at the top level national competition, placing 12th out of 16 in the middleweight division.  My next show is November 2007.
Biggest challenge you have ever overcome?
Working full-time while and putting myself through weekend college to get my degree.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully having a family, but still actively working out.
What makes you cry?
Seeing someone close to me get hurt.
What makes you laugh?
Stupid jokes or when my nieces say something totally off the wall.
What intimidates you?
Women that are stronger or bigger.
What's one thing you wish you could do?
Be an artist -people that have the ability to paint/draw amaze me.
If we were to look under your bed, what would we find?
A foam roller that I use to work the knots out of my muscles. I should use it more.
What do you believe in that might surprise most people?
People shouldn't be so quick to judge others, because you haven't walked in their shoes.
What is the best advice you could give someone interested in becoming a bodybuilding competitor?
Never give up- your time will come
Any role models?
1) Iris Kyle -for graciously always coming in second at the Olympia, but having the perseverance to keep trying until she finally placed first. 2) Chris Bongiovanni - for competing at pro level, without feeling the need to become overly large like some of the womenpro body builders now are.
What do you consider your best feature?
Back -most definitely.
