| What prompted you to do your 1st show: Well, I love to work out. It is my #1 hobby. I love to challenge myself and have always set big goals for myself in every area of my life. I have also been told that my extreme, intense personality would help me succeed. People have always made comments about how strong my legs looked. But what really prompted me was my conversation with Teri as I mentioned above. When she told me I could totally transform my body and get the physique that I had always dreamed of, that STUCK with me. Obviously, what I was doing was not working. Just hearing that I could have that dream body was exciting to me because I am in the gym all the time anyway. I considered this to not only be a challenge, but a fun learning experience also. The knowledge I gained I will take with me the rest of my life. This was the best challenge to myself I could have ever made. What was the most rewarding part of your training: How strong I became. What I mean by this is, I not only got physically stronger, but MENTALLY stronger. There is nothing more rewarding than the reward of being strong and self-disciplined. Not even a trophy is more rewarding. (although it was sure nice to bring home 2 trophies from my very 1st show) I just verified that anything that I choose to do, I will succeed!! This is a GREAT feeling. I now have the knowledge to control and tailor my body to what I want it to be. Knowledge is power!!! I can't put into words the feeling I had doing the show! It was a natural High. It will last a lifetime. It was truly the most awesome experience ever. Thank you Teri!!!!! Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Married ??? Maybe babys???? What's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you? There are many; I don't think that I get embarrashed anymore......... What makes you cry? I don't cry that much, mostly when I have PMS and watch a sad movie. Disipointment makes me cry. Seeing people in dispair. What makes you laugh? EVERYTHING.....Anyone that knows me, knows what a giggle box I am! What intimidates you? The unknown- Whats one thing you wish you could do? Live in a warm place, and have all my friends and family with me! Who is the most interesting person you have ever met? There are many that have really touched and changed my life. My parents were great mentors of course, but also one would be my high school business teacher (Mrs. Strello at Chisago Lakes High) who really lead me in the right direction for my career. I also had a boss that really believed in me and gave me alot of convidence to grow in my career (Ann at Tousley Ford) and TERI DALE, who helped me acheive my goal!!! She is great!!! If we were to look under your bed, what would we find? That is funny (kinda gonna tell a secret) I looked and there is alot of books, papers, junk; one of the books is the Ace Personal Training book; I started to take the course and did'nt finish. I think that bothers me that I did'nt at least finish it! I guess I still could. What do you believe in that might surprise most people? Not sure about that one? What is your favorite sport to watch? I don't really like to watch sports; would rather do/play them. I could'nt barly handle going to the Minnesota Body Building Compotition, when the figure girls came out-I wanted to be up there too!!! Have you ever dyed your hair? Which color?? I die my roots brown; have for years. Do you have any Pets? None; roommates have two cats What was the last movie you watched in a theatre? Devil wears Prada Favorite day of the year? First day of summer-LOVE SUMMER What do you do to vent anger? I am terrible about slamming doors when I am venting; learned this from watching my mom.
