A: The best experience of my life. Teri has made all of the difference in the world with all of her knowledge and information she provides. I owe all of my accomplishments to Teri.

Q: Tell us about "The Biggest Loser Contest"? Why did you enter?

A: The "Biggest Loser Contest" was a great experience. It taught me about myself and what I am capable of accomplishing. It taught me a lot about diet and the proper way to diet and exercise. It did it because I like to challenge myself. I believe in setting goals and taking better care of myself.

A: Set goals, dream big and believe in yourself.

A: Losing over 100lbs

A: Happy and keeping up with Teri Dale and her work outs. and doing more "Rollie Pollie's than Emmy Singer "LOL" WOW!
