How Teri Dale Fitness and Nutrition, Inc help you reach your goal?
Preparing for this contest was a LOT different training with Teri compared to preparing on my own. My stress levels were cut in half if not more in having Teri prepare my diet and training program. All I had to do is eat and train! :)...she did all of the "leg work" for me. My friends even noticed the change in my attitude this year as far as how my diet affected my mood. I wasn't "hungry" all of the time and my friends actually said, "if we would have known she would help you this much with your mood we would have paid half of her fee for you!" Teri helped me to FINALLY get over the plateau I had reached in my training and compete at the level I knew I was capable of competing at.

Last year, without Teri, the lowest point my bodyfat reached was 9.7% in 4 months of training and I lost 8 lbs of muscle! This year, in training with Teri, my bodyfat dropped to 6.5% and I GAINED 1 lb of muscle in 6 WEEKS! I was also able to drop the water and tighten up my skin to get the leanest I have ever been! She was always upbeat and had encouraging words when I felt that I wasn't at the point in my training that I needed to be in the time I had remaining until my competition date. I am definitely going to continue to train with Teri to put on more muscle size and hopefully reach the point to compete at a national level, and then eventually go pro! I would definitely recommend training with Teri to EVERYONE...she is definitely an asset to my training and is worth the investment 10 times over.
What makes you Laugh/Cry?
Laugh: Friends Smile: elderly couples walking together holding hands (cutest thing ever)
Cry: When bad things happen to my family/friends
Most embarrassing moment? Let out a "silent but deadly" one(on season, LOTS of protein)in a treatment room at work and everyone thought the sewer drain in the room was backing up!
